WELLS FARGO WILL YOU REINSTATE?

"Dear Kelly, My Client has just been foreclosed upon down here in Georgia and we are looking for a way his family can stay in their home. The Loan number is xxxxxxxxxx. We would like for Well Fargo to Rescind the foreclosure (xx Law gives them the right to for 30 days) and reinstate the loan. As the the arrears, it would be amazing if we could roll them into the first mortgage. Mr. Loughery recently filed bankrupcty and this home is the only thing left binding their family together.
