HAS AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY HELPED ANYONE OUT THERE LATELY?

Dear Kelly, My husband & I have been trying to work in vain with america's serving company since last year in aug 2008. We contacted them before we were unable to making our monthly mortgage payments, but we have been unable to get any kind of a modification from them. ASC claims they are receiving new modification programs from president Obama every day & they kept telling us that they were trying to work something out for us. We would fax documents (proofs of income, hardship letter, etc.) to them multiple times per their requests, but when we called them them back to find out what our status was they had lost parts of the documents & we had to keep refaxing the info to them, even tho we had confirmations from the business we faxed these documents from. They have denied our requests for modification. A lawyer looked at our information & advised that we qualified for Obama's 31% modification program & when I spoke with Megan at ASC she advised that we do qualify for Obama's 31% but the investor chose not to participate. They have strung us along for 1 yr now & we are headed for foreclosure. I have tried to reach Sharon Cecil by tel 515-324-3130 but the line is constanly busy. Please HELP us as time is running out & we will have to file for Bankruptcy chap 7 as there is no other options for us. We desparately want to stay in our home & pay Wells Fargo what we owe but we can't seem to get past ASC. We have steady income coming in every month from my husb who has a federal retirment w the us postal service & my social security. Please you are our last hope. I left a voice mail message for you.
