sigh.....yes, unfortunately yes. If they can figure out a way to keep your money and hide the fact that they ever talked to you about it, they'll do it. They are a creepy bunch.

If you have equity, can you get it out? Can you refinance? Are you stuck on your home? Can you strategically default? Stop making your payments? It will take them quite a while to get you out....save up your money......buy something new, I'm just saying....

I hear ya.

Back in December of 2009 we got papers for an Deferment for 3 months . so I made a payment and 2 days after that I got papers for the loan modification so I called and got Michelle “employee ID GHH” and asked what was going to happen with the payment I just made . she went back to her supervisor 4 times just to make sure he was right in telling me that the payment for the deferment would be the first payment on my loan modification. Then 3 weeks later I get a Letter stating I defaulted on the modification and when I call and gave Michelle’s employee number. The only thing they could find in my notes is that she stated I talked to her. So needless to say I had to start the process all over and they say one day its approved then the next it isn’t so now I just get something where they added the past due onto the payments which are way over what I am paying now
