Banks Still Making Same Foreclosure Mistakes
Posted on July 10, 2011 by Axsmith Law
Foreclosing on a house that doesn’t have a mortgage. Foreclosing on a house in a HAMP modification plan. Throwing renters out of a foreclosed house illegally.
Continued mistakes on the part of banks in foreclosure actions shows they don’t really care what the law is. Banks have been ignoring the law for years, and it seems they believe they can do it still. That conclusion can be drawn from their continued misbehavior.
These legal problems are not going to go away. Perhaps a certain impression of invincibility has been given to the American people about their banks. Don’t believe it. These errors need to be corrected or “too big to fail” will become a late night punch line.
