I'm a resident in Illinois and I'm currently in a battle with Wells Fargo/America's Servicing Company. They sold my home on 01/06/2010 (of course back to themselves), but I have a pending lawsuit against them in Federal court. The Judge has allowed my case and sent the US Marshall's to serve all Defendants including their Attorney.

I'm completing an Injunction as we speak to stop an eviction until my case is determined in Federal Court. After a thorough mortgage audit and research the "Assignment is missing", Wells/ASC never recorded on my title with Recorder of Deeds, there is so much FRAUD!
